You Have Several Options For Shipping Your Auto Parts

Our online catalog can automatically calculate shipping charges for you. Just add the parts you're considering purchasing to your shopping cart and select Proceed to Shipping Options. You'll automatically be presented with the shipping options available to you, along with pricing for each.

As you consider what method to use for your shipment, please remember:

1) 99% of our orders ship within 1 business day - most ship the same day if your order is placed by 1:00 pm MST (Monday-Friday). If you need the parts you're ordering BY a specific day, please plan for the worst case scenario and select a shipping method based on your order shipping the day following the day you place it, not the same day.

2) Our shipping cut off time is 1pm MST. Orders submitted after this time are considered as being placed and are processed the following business day. For example, if you place your order after 1pm MST on Monday, your order is considered as a Tuesday order placement and could ship as late as Wednesday.

3) Shipping times are calculated in BUSINESS days. Weekend days and holidays are NOT counted toward the delivery time/day count. UPS only delivers on Saturday when the UPS Red Saturday shipping method is selected. UPS charges an additional fee (on top of Red shipping charges) for Saturday delivery.

4) The day an order is picked up by UPS is NOT considered in the number of shipping days count. For example, if you select UPS 3-Day as your shipping method and your order ships on Monday, it will deliver on Thursday, not Wednesday.

5) Ground shipping may take up to 5-7 business days to deliver, depending on where you are located relative to the warehouse from which your order ships. Not all of the parts we offer are shipped from Arizona - some parts ship direct from our importers and manufacturers. In most cases, this means your parts deliver sooner, not later; however, you are not guaranteed a faster delivery by UPS Ground if you are closer to Arizona. If you need the parts by a specific day, select an appropriate upgraded shipping method to guarantee a faster delivery.

6) Save yourself the aggravation of a late shipment caused by miscalculating delivery dates. If you have ANY questions regarding computation of shipping days, please contact our Customer Service Department prior to placing your order in order to avoid any problems with deliveries occurring past your desired date.

United Parcel Service (UPS) - Domestic

Your choices for shipping within the 48 State Contiguous USA include Ground, 3-Day Ground, 2-Day Blue or Overnight Red; for Alaska and Hawaii, UPS offers a choice between Ground, 2-Day Blue or Overnight Red.

Keep in mind that UPS Ground is the least expensive shipping method and the cost of freight increases as you request faster delivery times - with Overnight Red being the most expensive option. UPS charges an additional fee for Saturday delivery (only available with UPS Red shipping option) and various additional charges may apply for oversized packages or those requiring special handling.

FREE UPS Ground Shipping!

You receive FREE UPS Ground shipping for all 48 State Contiguous USA orders where your parts total is at least $50 (excluding cores). Should you wish to upgrade to a faster UPS service (i.e., 3-Day, 2-Day Blue or Overnight Red), you will only be charged for the difference between UPS Ground and the selected shipping method - still a great deal for you!

For our valued customers in Alaska and Hawaii, you will receive freight credit equal to the value of UPS Ground (Zone 8) against your UPS freight charges so you'll only pay the difference between (Zone 8) UPS Ground and your actual Ground, UPS Blue or Red charges.

Shipments via any method other than UPS and orders shipped outside the USA do not qualify for this free freight program.

United Parcel Service (UPS) - International

Your choices for shipping outside the USA include UPS Standard to Canada, UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Worldwide Express.

Please note we have no way to determine any customs clearance fees that may apply in your country. Hence, freight shown on international shipments does not include customs clearance fees (if applicable). Brokerage charges, duties and taxes may be due at time of delivery and are payable by the importer (recipient). Please also refer to General Shipping Caveats below.

UPS Standard To Canada offers guaranteed, fully tracked ground delivery at cost-effective rates to every address in all of Canada's ten provinces. This service should be used when delivery time is not critical.

UPS Worldwide Expedited provides door-to-door, customs-cleared delivery to more than 52 destination countries. Most shipments to Canada and Mexico are delivered within three business days. Most shipments to major destinations in Europe and Asia are delivered within four or five business days.

UPS Worldwide Express should be used when time is of the essence. It offers guaranteed delivery in one or two days, depending on the destination. Packages to Canada under this service are typically delivered by the end of the next business day. For all other destinations, delivery is guaranteed by 10:30am the second business day for shipments to major business centers, including more than 716 cities across Europe, and by end of day to most other destinations.

US Postal Service - Domestic

The US Postal Service is the only shipper that delivers to every address and post office box in the USA, as well as every military address, with no surcharge for Saturday and residential deliveries. Levels of service options are detailed below.

Priority Mail, the most cost-effective option, provides 2-3 day delivery service to most USA destinations at an affordable price.

Express Mail offers guaranteed overnight service to many destinations throughout the USA, 365 days a year including weekends and holidays - at no extra charge - and delivered next day by noon to other select locations.

US Postal Service - International

Through agreements with many destination countries, the US Postal Service is also able to offer a cost-effective solution for international shipments. A brief outline of this service follows.

Global Express Mail offers you the fastest international mail service, delivering to thousands of destinations in more than 190 countries and territories worldwide. GEM shipments are handled on an expedited basis in the destination country. You can also reach APO/FPO addresses with Express Mail Military Service at domestic rates.

US Postal Service delivery times to international destinations vary by country and level of service selected. We recommend checking the US Postal Global Service website for specific delivery times to your destination.

General Shipping Caveats

Note 1: Shipping charges are billed based on the actual charges assessed by the carrier (based on actual or dimensional weight) with the exception of those orders qualifying for the Free UPS Ground Shipping Program (see above). Please note, however, all orders refused at delivery or returned for reasons other than warranty or Autohaus error, will be subject to a chargeback of actual freight charges.

Note 2: Orders shipped to PO, APO or FPO boxes must be shipped via a US Postal Service option. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes.

Note 3: International freight is estimated during the checkout process. Should the actual freight be substantially different from the amount shown on your order confirmation, you will be notified prior to shipment for approval of any additional freight charge that may apply.

Note 4: International shipments may be subject to additional brokerage charges, duties and/or taxes as imposed by local customs officials. Though it is impossible to pre-determine which packages will be subject to duties and taxes and what these amounts may be, please be aware that the recipient is responsible for the payment of such taxes. These charges are beyond our contol and cannot be prepaid.

Note 5: We reserve the option to ship International orders freight collect if we so choose based on destination country and/or other factors that may make it impossible for us to accurately estimate and bill the cost of shipping.

Note 6: All international shipments or domestic shipments billed to an international credit card MUST be shipped to the same address as the bill to address of the credit card or the confirmed address of the PayPal account used for payment.
