Here Are Your Shipping Options at AutohausAZ
We are committed to getting your auto parts to you as quickly as possible. Consider these points when deciding the best shipping method for your parts order:
- Orders submitted before 1pm MST (excluding weekends and holidays) will ship either the same day or the following business day.
- We can't guarantee same day shipping so if you need your parts delivered BY a specific day, please select a shipping method based on your order shipping the day after you place it to factor in any possible delays. It's better to be safe than sorry.
- Shipping time is calculated in business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in the calculation.
- The day of pickup is not included in shipping time. (If UPS picks up a 3-day order on Monday, they'll deliver it on Thursday.)
- UPS Ground shipping may take up to 5-7 business days, regardless of your proximity to Arizona, because some parts may ship directly from a manufacturer. If you need your parts by a certain date, consider selecting an upgraded shipping method to ensure you receive them on time.
- UPS assesses a minimum $12.35 charge to make corrections should you not type your address accurately when you place your order. Please verify that your address is 100% complete and accurate (including any directions, apartment numbers, etc.) in order to avoid having this fee charged back to you should UPS bill us for an inaccurate or incomplete address.

Free UPS Ground and Huge Discounts on Upgraded Shipping
AutohausAZ offers free UPS Ground shipping for all orders over $75 (excluding cores) shipped within the Continental USA. We also offer additional savings to our customers worldwide:
- If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, you receive credit for the cost of UPS Ground to the furthest Continental US zone. You pay only the difference between UPS Ground (continental USA) and the service level you select.
- If you upgrade to a faster UPS service, you still receive credit for the cost of UPS Ground. You pay only the difference between UPS Ground and the service level you select.
- If you are shipping internationally (to a non-USA location), you receive an automatic 55% discount off UPS published rates.
Great News for Our AZ Customers - Will-Call Pickup is Back!
Now you can buy online and pick up your order at our Tempe Warehouse - often the same day! AutohausAZ is happy to once again offer will-call pickup to our customers residing in or visiting the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
Our will-call office is located at 2850 South Roosevelt Road, Suite 101, Tempe, AZ 85282 and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Please note the following points regarding will-call pickup:
- Orders must be submitted for processing and paid for online first. We will need time to process your order prior to your coming to pick up your parts.
- Orders submitted before 1pm MST (excluding weekends and holidays) will be ready for pickup either the same day or the following business day. Please wait for one of our Customer Service Reps to notify you that your order is ready for pickup before you drive to the will-call office. An email will also be sent letting you know that your order is ready for pickup.
- Our will-call office is not equipped to take orders nor make any changes to your order. If you need additional parts, please process a change to your order online or call AutohausAZ to see about adding parts prior to coming to pick up your order.
- Because some of our orders may be filled from one of our other warehouses, we cannot guarantee same-day pickup on all orders. If you would like to check the availability of parts for same day pickup, please call one of our Customer Service Reps and they'll be happy to help you.
- You will need to show the credit/debit card used for payment, as well as a photo ID matching the card holder's name, when you pick up your order. Please also bring a copy of the order confirmation email with you to ensure a speedy pickup.
In the unlikely event that your order cannot be picked up through will-call, we will contact you to review what other shipping options are available so that you can make an alternate selection.
US Customers Can Select Ship Method Based on Cost or Delivery Time Goals
UPS Ground | UPS 3-Day Select | UPS 2nd Day Air | UPS Next Day Air Saver
AutohausAZ recommends UPS as a preferred shipper due to its superior dependability and the ease of insuring, tracking and tracing your package. Consider these points on UPS domestic shipping:
- UPS Saturday delivery is only available on UPS Next Day Air service. UPS charges an additional fee for Saturday delivery.
- UPS delivers by end-of-day. We don't offer the more expensive early morning or before noon delivery options.
- UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. You must provide a physical street address for delivery of your order.
- If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, you receive credit for the cost of UPS Ground to the furthest Continental US zone. You pay only the difference in cost between UPS Ground (continental USA) and the service level you select.
- If you upgrade to a faster UPS service level, you still receive credit for the cost of UPS Ground. You pay only the difference in cost between UPS Ground and the service level you select.
ECONOMY SHIPPING OPTIONS: UPS SurePost | UPS Mail Innovations
- BE AWARE: UPS SurePost and UPS Mail Innovations are economy shipping options designed to save you money. They DO, however, tend to add an additional 2-5 days to the regular UPS ground delivery time. If you are working on a deadline or need your order quicker, please select a shipping option that is better suited to your time sensitivity.
- Packages are picked up from our warehouse by UPS and delivered directly to your local US post office for the final delivery leg.
- The Post Office will ONLY attempt to deliver your package twice before it gets returned to AutohausAZ (the shipper).
- Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday.
- UPS & USPS will NOT guarantee delivery dates with SurePost or Mail Innovations shipping methods. Again, these are ECONOMY options (NOT speed options)!
- Note - If you reside in a location where there is no postal delivery, SurePost and Mail Innovations are not available shipping options. Please select UPS Ground.
United States Postal Service Priority Mail | United States Postal Service Express Mail
Priority mail typically provides 2-3 day (non-guaranteed) delivery while Express Mail guarantees 1-2 day delivery to most USA locations. Both deliver to APO/FPO addresses with varying delivery times. Consider these points on US Postal Service domestic shipping:
- All postal shipments require delivery signatures. This requirement CANNOT be waived so if you select postal shipping, make sure someone will be available during the day to sign for your package(s).
- Postal shipping daily cut-off times are earlier than AutohausAZ's 1pm deadline. Selecting USPS shipping may delay your order by a day.
- The US Postal Service will not investigate lost packages until at least 14 days have elapsed beyond the expected delivery date.

United States Postal Service Express Mail International
AutohausAZ recommends UPS as a preferred shipper for international orders due to its superior dependability and the ease of insuring, tracking and tracing your package. Consider these points when shipping internationally:
- If you are shipping internationally (to a non-USA location), AutohausAZ gives you an automatic 55% discount off UPS published rates!
- Shipping and confirmed billing addresses on international payments must be the same.
- Delivery times vary on international shipments due to the potential for customs clearance delays, which are under the control of the receiving country.
- Some countries charge duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control, and information is not available to us for quoting at the time shipping costs are calculated.
Refused Deliveries Cause Unnecessary Expenses & Delays to Customers
Orders refused at delivery will be subject to a chargeback of all actual freight charges incurred (both directions), as well as any duties or taxes that may have been assessed. In addition, a 15% restocking charge will be assessed on all parts since delivery refusals do not comply with our return requirements.
