2014 Rolex Deepsea Ref. 116660 Stainless Steel Dive Watch
About this item
Up for auction is a 2014 Rolex Deepsea Ref. 116660, coming out of New York. Stainless steel case, black dial, Oyster bracelet — the full dive-spec package, exactly as Rolex intended it.
Power comes from Rolex's automatic Caliber 3135 movement. The case incorporates both the helium escape valve and the Ring Lock System, each called out on the dial and case respectively, and a date display sits at 3 o'clock behind Rolex's Cyclops magnifier. These aren't incidental details — they're what separates this reference from a standard Submariner. That black unidirectional rotating bezel carries a graduated dive scale, and the luminous hour markers and hands remain readable well below the surface. The dial itself reads "Deepsea" and carries the Ring Lock System and helium escape valve designations, printed right where you'd expect them. One bracelet link is missing, which prospective buyers should weigh carefully before bidding. No papers are included; the watch comes with its box only.
After the auction closes, the watch ships to Bennison Watch in West Palm Beach, Florida for authentication. Once authenticated, the buyer pays the seller directly, and the piece can then be picked up in person or shipped securely to the winning bidder. Tariffs, duties, customs, shipping, shipping insurance, handling, transactional fees, and any miscellaneous fees are the buyer's responsibility.
