When will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Every shipping method we offer allows you to follow your shipment progress with a tracking number. You will receive an email with your tracking number(s) within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Please make sure that you've entered a valid e-mail during checkout.
I received a tracking number but the carrier doesn't show any shipment progress. What is going on?
Fear not, your package is on the way. Some carriers and shipment services don't show shipment progress until the package reaches the destination city. If you are still concerned about your package, contact our customer service department

We are committed to getting your order into your hands as quickly as possible. Whether we need to ship it from multiple locations or choose to expedite your order, we do what's needed to save you time and money.
- Often orders placed M-Fri before 1pm MST ship the same day. However, they may take up to 1 business day to ship (Ex: Order placed Friday at 2:30 pm will process Monday and ship as late as Tuesday).
- Standard Ground may take up to 5 business days from pick-up to delivery.
- All orders are fully insured.
- Carriers assess a $15 charge for address corrections, please ensure your address is correct.
- We are unable to ship out orders on Weekends or Holidays, we would if we could.
Orders below 1lb will be delivered by the US postal service. Tracking may not show any shipment progress until the package arrives to a destination city. Fear not, it's on the way!

Orders over 10lbs still get heavily discounted upgraded shipping but prices will vary depending on the weight of the parts ordered.
For our customers that want expedited service, we offer upgraded shipping that is below our cost. We really want our customers to understand how much their time means to us, so we make it affordable to upgrade your order.
- These orders will deliver 1 or 2 days after processing. (Ex: Ships Wednesday, delivers Friday with 2-Day shipping)
- These will often ship "2-Day" from Arizona, but due to warehouse coverage may ship Ground intrastate if 2-Day isn't an option (Ex. CA-CA or FL-FL).
- If you order 2-Day on a Friday night, and we cannot ship until Tuesday for any reason, we upgrade it to 1-Day at no added charge. Same goes for mid-week orders.
USPS Orders (For PO Boxes, Military and smaller-sized orders)
USPS often delivers within 4 days but is not recommended for heavier orders. USPS does deliver on Saturday, and is the only method available for PO boxes.
- Only option for APO/FPO/PO Boxes
- All deliveries require a signature, please select Ground if no signature requested.
- Express Mail is guaranteed to deliver 2 days from shipping.
- Up to 2 attempts will be made to deliver your order.
- Investigation for lost parcels occurs after 14 days has elapsed.
Will-Call (For our local, loyal customers)
We give all of our Arizona customers the option to pick-up their order and meet some of our friendly staff here at 4100 S 38th St Ste 150. Orders are not guaranteed to process the same day you place it, however, will save you time in transit. If you're in a pinch contact one of our CSR's and they should be able to give you an idea of when it'll be ready.
- Will-Call is available M-Fri 8am-4pm, excludes holidays and weekends.
- This option is FREE for all eligible orders.
- You will save the day in transit, processing may take 1 business day.
International Shipping (UPS/USPS options, get it faster than you think)
Anybody in the world may order from AutohausAZ, we recommend using UPS for their dependability, ease of insuring and traceability of your packages.
- International customers receive an automatic 55% off expedited UPS retail rates and 80% off USPS retail rates.
- We require shipping and billing addresses to match, this is for your protection.
- Some countries charges duties, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
