Out of True North Watch Company's Los Angeles studio, this Heritage Chronograph has never touched a wrist — protective plastic film still on, full set intact. Classic Pepsi execution: blue and orange tachymeter bezel, black dial, three cream-colored chronograph subdials, and a punchy red central seconds hand slicing straight across the face.
The case runs 37mm across, 44mm lug-to-lug, 13.8mm thick, all stainless steel. Inside sits a VK63 meca-quartz movement — quartz accuracy paired with a genuine mechanical chronograph mechanism, which means the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticking in discrete steps the way a standard quartz would. Crystal is domed, round, mineral with a sapphire coating rather than solid sapphire. Worth factoring in at this price point.
True North describes every Heritage Collection piece as hand-finished and assembled in-house in Los Angeles. The warm yellow lume on the hands and hour markers is intentionally formulated to read as aged patina — not bright modern SuperLuminova. It fits. Against the black dial, those cream subdials and warm-toned indices feel more period-correct than most vintage homages at this size actually manage to pull off.
Water resistance is rated to 50 meters, approximately 164 feet. The fitted bracelet is stainless steel, matching the case finish. New and unworn, offered here out of New York.
