Omega Speedmaster Mark II Co-Axial Chronograph Ref. 327.10.43.50.06.001
About this item
What's on offer here is an Omega Speedmaster Mark II Co-Axial Chronograph, reference 327.10.43.50.06.001, picked up by the seller at Sotheby's in May 2021. The barrel-shaped Mark II case traces back to 1969, and this piece carries that lineage forward while pairing the heritage silhouette with thoroughly modern mechanical execution. It comes out of New Carlisle, Ohio.

The tonneau-shaped stainless steel case measures 42.4 mm x 46.2 mm, finished in brushed steel with polished bevels running throughout. A matching stainless steel bracelet with an extendable foldover clasp rounds things out. That matte grey dial is where things get interesting — orange central chronograph hands cut a vivid pop against the outer minute track, and three sub-dials distribute the 30-minute recorder, 12-hour recorder, and running small seconds across the face. Date window sits at 6 o'clock.

Under the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, a tachymeter scale is printed directly on the underside of the glass, backlit by an aluminum ring charged with Super-LumiNova. Rarely worn. The seller describes cosmetic and operational condition as excellent, and the sale includes the original presentation box, instruction manual, pictogram card, and removed bracelet links. Prospective buyers should work through the full photo gallery before bidding — case finish, dial surface, crystal, bracelet condition, and accessories all warrant a close look.

After the auction closes, the watch goes to Bennison Watch in West Palm Beach, Florida for authentication. Once that clears, the buyer pays the seller directly, and the watch can then be collected in person or shipped to the winning bidder. All tariffs, duties, customs, shipping, shipping insurance, handling, transactional fees, and miscellaneous charges fall to the buyer. A 6% buyer's premium applies, subject to a minimum of $300 and a maximum of $3,000. All listing information is provided by the seller; PCARMARKET does not assume liability for inaccuracies or for loss or damage that may occur in transit.
